You may return non-sale merchandise
(Please see exceptions below) with an original receipt
up to 14 days from your order delivery date for a store credit
(less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All sale items and
special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
All mattres sales are final no refund or exchange is available.
=All purchases of furniture items including but not limited to: Nurseryworks, Oeuf, Litto Kids,
Monte Design, Q Collection, True Modern and the rest of our furniture collection ARE FINAL no
refund/return/exchange is available. Any cancellation should be made within 24 hours

Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be applied against
baby gear merchandise such as high chairs, baby bouncers and
strollers AS WELL AS to items returned in used condition
without the box. Please call to obtain a return authorization number.
Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy)
and must include your return authorization number.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a track-able
fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After we receive your package, we will process your return or replacement
within 48 hours.
Our store credit is good for 12 month from time of issue only after which
it expires.
=Any damage or difficulties must be reported by fax or e-mail within
3 days of delivery.=
Customers must be onsite to receive, inspect, and sign for delivery.
Even though items are packaged properly, transit-related damage
can occur. When an order arrives, it is imperative that it be inspected
carefully and that any damage to the order and/or to the packaging
materials is noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should
not be signed without recording details of transit damage.
(For example: the furniture is scratched, dented, cracked; the
fabric is torn; the box is crushed on the top corner, punctured, or wet.)
Modernmini will not be able to place a claim or work with a customer to replace
damaged items, if damage is not noted at time of delivery. Customers should retain
all packaging until the order has been fully inspected. Modernmini will be unable to
assist with repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly
inspected and documented as described above within 3 days.
