    WHO IS MODERNMINI?
    We are a privately held company that was started by a designer and a mother of three. Our goal is to be the one place a busy, design savvy parent turn to when they are looking for great designs for the little ones in their lives.
    WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS?
    A showroom is in the plans for Northern California but until then you can view many of the products we carry in selected stores around the country. Call us with a specific product and we will be happy to point you in the right direction
    DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCHING POLICY ?

    Absolutely! not only we will match the lowest price but we will happily give you an additional 5% discount of the lowest price available.

    Please email help@modernmini with detail about the product you are interested in with:

    • Model name/number of the item.
    • Website URL or phone number for retailer where product is sold.
    • Product must be exact model match.
    • Price must be regular retail, not a sale price (White sales, Credit card sign-up discounts, Specials/promotions, or closeouts).
    • Prices from 'Membership' retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, or PriceClub) are not considered.

    WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
    We go the extra mile to find great products for our store but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take most items back up to 14 days from your order delivery date for a refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). Please refer to our return/exchange policy for complete details.
    WHAT IS FREIGHT SHIPPING ?
    Large items such as furniture sets may be shipped by fright, a delivery truck. In this case the driver will contact you just before delivery to make sure someone is home to accept the packages. Please open and inspect all packages before you sign off the delivery. Please refer to our return/exchange policy for more details in regards.
    DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?
    We don't have a printed catalog because our collection changes daily but we will be happy to send you tear sheets on any product you are interested in.
    CAN I GET FABRIC SWATCHES?
    Yes, of course! We will be happy to send swatches of Nursery works rocking chairs and Monte Design gliders. We can also send swatches of bedding. Please call our customer service 888.233.1558 or email help@modernmini.com with your request.
    CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN MY NURSERY OR CHILD'S ROOM?
    We will be happy to! and for no extra charge! Our designers on staff will listen to your needs and ideas and will point you in the right direction. You can also send us by Fax 1.360.364.6256 a sketch of your room and we will help you create the perfect nursery for your mini.
